Lots to say

Wow! No one is keeping up with their blog, so I'm safe! haha
Well, since April 10th, lots has happened...Starting with the best... Last weekend, I GOT A NEW CAR! YES! It's awesome! It is a pretty, dark orange (NO, that does not mean I am a Longhorns fan...I don't care about college football, but if I did, I would go for A&M anyway!!!) It has that great new car smell, it's a 2007, and best of all.......it's a DODGE! Yeah! I have a Dodge Caliber. I LOVE it. It's a cool car with lots of prospects for souping up. I intend on making it faster. Brandon and I have an ongoing collection of change deemed the Caliber fix-up fund. It's awesome, because not many are out yet, and no one knows what it is. So people keep asking me, and they think my car is tight. hehehe
What else...well, momma, Christina, her two kids and I went to IKEA today. That place is great! They have everything. They were nice and bought me a picture for our bedroom and some other trinkets for decorative purposes. When B and I get our house built, everything will come from IKEA! And the best part is, it's not as expensive as you would think.
Brandon finally sold his Mustang! Yay! So his Eclipse is currently in the works of getting fixed. Then we will be set on cars. Hopefully. I don't know really, what with his luck with cars. hah.
Um, I'm thinking...oh, speaking of cars, my Dad also got a new car. He traded in his truck (too much money for gas...) and got a Mazda 3. He looks so cool in it. I think he knows he does too...haha.
Well, I suppose that's it. That I can think of right now anyway. So, until next time. ;o)

Ok, sorry

I've been lazy...and now i'm getting in trouble for not writing! So here goes.
No, Scott, the chicken doesn't have many calories. I don't know how many it has, but if you cut the butter, it's a very healthy dinner.
Becky, I don't know when we will be able to have you guys over! We are poor at the moment. So, we will see.
All last week was normal. I registered for my classes this summer and fall. I'm so excited! I'm taking Prepracticum this summer which has to do with children. Then in the fall, I am taking 12 hrs, --abnormal child psyc, infant/toddler development, observation/assessment of children, and nutrition. I wanted to take 15 hrs, but it's not possible with work. I'll graduate one day. I swear. It may take me 10 years, but I'll get there. hah.
This past weekend was not too eventful. Worked Saturday, then just chilled at home. Then on Sunday, my little brother Nathan was confirmed at church and we ate lunch while they sat up front. Then we went and visited my family for a while, and headed out to Momma's house to see the other family and ate Chinese food. yum...
So, now here we are at another Monday...waiting for the next Saturday...
I found out yesterday that Rascal Flatts is coming to Frisco on June 16, so I already requested off from work today! I am NOT missing that concert!!!!! I don't care if I have to go by myself, I refuse to wait a few more years. But I think Stacy and Brandon are going to go. In the mean time, we might see if we can work up some more people so we can have a group.
Well, I suppose thats it!

Chicken Recipe & more!

Ok, well, due to the request, here is the chicken recipe. It's easy and delicious!

4 chicken breasts
1/2 of a green bell pepper
1/2 of a red bell pepper (you can mix the peppers as you wish, use all one, or mix both)
a can of tomato sauce
shredded cheese
a few slices of onion
butter (optional)
seasoned salt
pepper

Place the chicken in a small casserole dish. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Slice the peppers into slices and lay them and the rings of onion over the chicken. Place a piece of butter on each chicken breast if desired. Cook in 375 oven for approx. 30 minutes. (Until chicken is about 5 minutes from being done) When it is nearly done, spoon tomato sauce over each piece of chicken and sprinkle cheese on each. Cook the last 5 minutes, and wha-la! You have chicken de la chicken. Or whatever.

If anyone tries it, let me know how it goes!!! ;o)
So, I finished my week out at work. Just the same ol crap with all of that. My stupid manager is driving all of us up the wall AND across the ceiling.
Momma, you will NEVER beat me at Scrabble!!!! muh-hahahaha! As for your son, well I've whooped him two nights in a row now, so.....you can take him.
The family pictures turned out quite well. The one of B and I sitting is really good. So, I am quite relieved that I don't look like a monster in them. At least, not one that will haunt anyone's nightmares...(oh, yeah, i'm definitely asking for some smart-alec comments on that one)
Tomorrow, it's off to church, then to the crop walk. I have been jogging every night this past week starting Tuesday because I'm trying to lose some fat and get in shape. (I'm so proud of myself for not skipping!!!) Thing is, I am actually really enjoying it. It's nice to get out and get some air every night. Sometimes I take Mr. Mack with me because he needs to lose some weight too...lazy puppy.
Brandon's toe is good now. It's just yucky looking. The toenail is icky, trying to come off. But it's no longer painful. Thank goodness. He can walk like a normal man again. ;oD
Well, I suppose that's it for now. I made quite a story here. Hope you had a good time reading. ;o)
